Use the information from YOUR website to fill out your citation just like the examples below.

Last Name, First Name. "Website/Article Title." Website Name. Publisher, URL. Date Accessed.

(If the publisher is the same as the website name, only list once)

Example:

Michals, Debra.  "Phillis Wheatley." National Women's History Museum, womenshistory.org/education-resources/biographies/phillis-wheatley.  2 Feb. 2025.

Cite Your Database Sources!

Find the cite button for any database. It's there. Sometimes it's a checkmark, sometimes it's under "Settings."

Make sure you copy the MLA citation for any source you use.
